Payment Terms:
Terms are subject to credit approval. Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

Freight and shipping charges:
All orders are shipped FOB Hackettstown, NJ, USA. All domestic orders are shipped via UPS, unless otherwise requested. Third day, Second day and Next day UPS Service is available. Export Orders are shipped freight collect.

Returns and Exchanges:
All returns must be authorized by Edhard Corp. and may be subject to a restocking charge. Returned items must be in unused condition in their original packaging, freight prepaid. Special orders cannot be returned.

Freight Damage:
Our products are shipped carefully packed in order to avoid damage. Inspect all packages for damage before accepting. Immediately notify the carrier and Edhard regarding any damage claims.

Limited Warranty and 24-Hour Turnaround Service:
Edhard warrants that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year, in accordance with the Limited Warranty more fully described in each product's Operating Manual. Our repair department offers 24-Hour turnaround of repairs. Repairs must be sent to Edhard, freight prepaid. you will be notified with repair cost and freight charges before repairs are made. Loaner equipment is available for the repair period, if necessary, in order to minimize down time.
